NCDOT Strategic Planning Office Presentation

This report on North Carolina's revamped prioritization process (called prioritization 2.0) details the changes made from prioritization 1.0 as well as gives project examples and explains the thinking behind creating a strategic planning office. The critical component of prioritization 2.0 is the three step process of score (evaluate project worth), strategize (set the investment strategy), and then schedule (set the order of priority for projects).
